General

On the General-tab of Organisation settings you can set system wide settings.

Organisation name​

Set here the name of the organisation. This name is shown in most modern webbrowsers in the URL. Furthermore it is shown in the bottom of the sidebar.

Icon​

This is the so called favicon of the app. Default the Datastorms "D" is shown if nothing is set.

Global color​

The Global color is the supporting color of Datastorms. The topbar and not-set icons are shown in this color.

When the color is set, you can choose to use black or white as background (text) color.

Date / time format​

The date-time format to use within the whole organisation instance. Choose between:

  • dd-mm-yyyy
  • mm-dd-yyyy
  • yyyy-mm-dd (default)

For the time format it is possible to choose between

  • 12 hour clock
  • 24 hour clock (default)

Language​

This is the language for the Datastorms user interface. It does not effect the scheme / pages. It will also not translate the data itself.

For every newly created end user, the default language will be used. The end user self can change his default language to any other options. It is possible for the user admin to overule the end user language.

Delete archived projects?​

Default archived projects are removed after 30 days. It is possible to disable automatic deletion. It is also possible to modify the amount of days after which the archived projects will be deleted.
